Title: Modal Analysis of Hydraulic Powered Support Based on ANSYS Workbench
Abstract: As the most important support equipment, hydraulic powered support directly determines the security of the modern comprehensive coal mining. According to the limitations and difficulties of traditional design and test method,created the three-dimensional model of hydraulic powered support with UG. Then the model was introduced into ANSYS,and its finite element model was created. The modal analysis on the finite element model was performed in ANSYS Workbench to obtain its natural frequencies and vibration modes, the frequencies which lead to damage of powered support were found out. This study will provide theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic powered support.
