Abstract: In the electromagnetic pulsed deep drawing process of sheet metal, a method has been adopted to make flange materials of the parts flow in the radial direction. A forming process combining the deep drawing and bulging characteristics has been generated. The deep drawing limit of the material has been improved. By changing the process parameters such as voltage and sheet diameter, a larger drawing height can be obtained.
