Title: The comparison of methods of Remifentanil and Sufentanil after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Abstract: Objective To investigate the restlessness of 2 methods of Remifentanil and Sufentanil after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Select 120 patients in ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱundergoing electve laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned into 2 groups with 60 cases each.Sufentanil 0.35 μg/kgwas used for study group whereras,Remifentanil 0.2 μg/kg for control group to maintain anesthesia 30 minitues before end of the surgery estlessness score(RS).Ramsaym Sedative Score(Rss),heart rate(HR) were recorded at 30 minutes after drug administ ration(T1),during extubation(T2)and 10 minitues(T3) after extubation,in addition that the side effects were observed during all time along.Results There were significantly differences of RS,RSS in 2 groups,the patients in study group were apparently less restless during emergence,meanwhile there were remarkble differences in the rate of heart during T2 and T3 in control group of which with the side effects were nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The application of Sufentanil can safely and perfectly prevent the restlessness during emergence which will produce few side effects and has effectively intravenous analgesia after operation.
