Title: Effects of sufentanil on hemodynamic stability during induction of propofol anesthesia
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effects of sufentanil on hemodyamic stability during the induction of propopfol anesthesia.Methods:Forty-five patients scheduled for elective general anesthesia, aged 18 to 65year,SAⅠ or Ⅱ,were randomly divided into three groups(n=15) according to the sufentanil target effect compartment site concentration(0.4,0.6,0.8 g/mL).SBP,DBP,HR were recorded before anesthesia(T0),after the induction before tracheal intubation(T1),1,3,5 min after tracheal intubation(T2~T4).Results:There were no significant difference between group I and group Ⅱ(P0.05).In group Ⅲ,SBP and HR decreased significantly in T1 and T4 compared to group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect site concentration of sufentanil at 0.4 and 0.6 ng/mL is effective for the induction of propofol anesthesia. There is no need for further increase.
