Title: Time changes research on the etiology and pathogenesis of epidemic febrile disease of TCM based on the literature
Abstract: Objective: The changes and causes in understanding disease pathogenesis in the Ming and Qing Dynasties should be explored through a comparative study of the disease etiology and pathogenesis of febrile disease in traditional Chinese medicine literature.Methods: Modern journal literature was used 1995-2010 sixteen years of febrile disease in traditional Chinese medicine literature;Ming and Qing Dynasties of epidemic febrile disease literature was used literature editing of epidemic febrile disease.The method of frequency analysis and subject standard statistics would be used on the literature of seasonal febrile disease pathogenesis related entries for statistical analysis.Standardize pathogenesis concept of the top 20 epidemic febrile diseases,compare the similarities and differences between modern attention focus of etiology and pathogenesis and Ming and Qing Dynasties hot etiology and pathogenesis.Results: Research on modern disease etiology and pathogenesis are mainly concentrated in the blood stasis,toxin,six evil,evil,cold evil,endogenous liver wind,heat into the heart of camps.Research on modern ancient disease etiology and pathogenesis is described mainly in the dampness,damp-heat,summer-heat,wind-heat,exogenous,hunger,treatment failure.Conclusion: The understanding of the disease etiology and pathogenesis in ancient and modern are basically the same,but there are also caused by changes in the human environment and different natural environment,which have some tips on febrile disease research.
