Title: Selection of process and effects analysis of the upgrading and reconstruction for biochemical reaction of Tuandao Wastewater Treatment Plant
Abstract: This paper systematically introduces the original facilities conditions of biochemical treatment process of Tuandao Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP) in Qingdao City,analyzes the system problems,and selects the process to transform original modified A2/O process.In the aerobic stage dosing filler to form MBBR system is made up by bio-film and active sludge,in order to enhance nitrification function and nitrogen removal efficiency,and improve the stability of biological systems.The plant runs well after upgrading,the effluent average removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP is stable up to 93.5%,98.5%,89.5%,91.5%,creates favorable conditions for the total effluent,as can conform to the Uurban Sewage Treatment Plant Emission Standards(GB18918—2002).
