Title: An exploratory study of the basic principles for reforms on traditional teaching methods
Abstract: Traditional teaching methods pay more attention to teaching than to learning. They focus on the transmission of existing knowledge and overly emphasize on face-to-face verbal teaching methods. These go a-gainst the development of students' creativity and the nourishment of practical skills. To improve on traditional teaching methods, we must develop concepts of modern education and establish basic requirements and standards in the reform of teaching methods.
