Title: Reversed sural neurovascular fascio cutaneous island flap in clinical application
Abstract: Objective:To explore crus bottom,sufficient with and foot dorsum,foot wound repair methods.Methods:Applicated in distant sural bowel's nerve nutrient vessels fascial flap to repair the wound,Included trauma 14 cases,chronic ulcer 4 cases,scar in 2 cases,the largest flap area was 16 cm×12 cm,minimum 6 cm × 6 cm.Results:Twenty patients' flap all survived,1 patient suffered with distal skin flap necrosis.After treatment,debridement,free graft,all healed.All soft tissue defect repaired,averaged,almost covered.Followed-up of 3 months to 3 years,average 1.5 years,flap healed well,satisfactory appearance.Conclusion:The flap reliable blood supply,design and operation simple,no damage to the main blood vessels,the calf can satisfied repair sufficient with and foot dorsum,inside WaiHuai and crus under 1/3 tissue defect.
