Title: The Practice Effect and Principles of Constructing Teacher Education Curriculum System——Taking Luoyang Normal University as an Example
Abstract: The reform of teacher education system is the key of teacher education reform.A scientific teacher education system is the guarantee of qualified teachers for basic education.The national Teacher Education Curriculum Standards(trial version) and Suggestions of Promoting Teacher Education Curriculum Reform published by the Ministry of Education have given macro-direction to the reform and construction of Chinese teacher education curriculum.In the process of teacher education curriculum reform,we must implement the values and rules of Teacher Education Curriculum Standards(trial version) and Suggestions of Promoting Teacher Education Curriculum Reform.We need to construct a teacher education system with three types of courses and four courses taken by each teacher,and realize the reform of teacher education curriculum.The reformed system should set different goals for each learning stage and unite the ultimate goals of teacher education.The new system should also refine teacher education courses and resources to improve the effectiveness of teacher education.The new system should also increase the training which aims to improve teachers' teaching abilities.
