Title: Optimization of the Extraction Process of Oleanolic Acid from Fructus Forsythiae by Orthogonal Design
Abstract: Objective To optimize the extraction condition of oleanolic acid from Fructus Forsythiae.Methods With oleanolic acid as index,extraction time、concentration of alcohol and amount of alcohol and were evaluated by L9(34)orthogonal design method.HPLC was used to analyze the content of oleanolic acid.Results The optimum extraction condition was described as follow:ultrasonic extraction 3 times(once 40 min),90% ethanol solution,and 12-fold solvent.Conclusion The optimized technology is quick and simple,and can be used for theoretical basic.
