Title: Transurethral resection of plasma treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
Abstract: Objective To investigate plasma transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia outcome.Methods 90 selected patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 45 patients treated with transurethral resection of the plasma control group,transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) treatment,observe the urethral resection of plasma treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia outcome.Results PKRP postoperative IPSS,QOL,MFR,RUV compared with preoperative significant change.PKRP surgery and mean operation time,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group(P0.05).Complication rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The transurethral resection of plasma treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications,is worthy of promotion.
