Title: A Case of Arsenic Keratoses and Multiple Bowen′s Disease
Abstract: A 61-year-old male patient presented with several keratotic papules on his hands and soles for 37 years,also with plaques and ulcerations on his hands for 7 years.Thirty-eight years ago he accepted some chinese traditional medicine pills prescribed at one hospital to treat his psoriasis for one year.The histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis,parakeratosis,acanthosis and epidermal dysplasia with scattered atypical mitoses and dyskeratotic cells.The man was diagnosed as arsenic keratoses and multiple Bowen′s disease.
