Title: Effects of nitrogen application rate on Yield Formation of Super Rice-II Youming 86 and absorption of N.P and K
Abstract: The result of the experiment of applying nitrogen to Super-rice II Youming 86 indicates that the yield increases with the application of nitrogen at the level of 195-240kg/hm2.within certain limits, the increase of nitrogen application results in the increase of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio of plants and rice as well as the increase of tiller numbers, leaf area index and dry matters accumulation.Excessive application of nitrogen affects the ratio imbalance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the absorption of nutrient balance, the decrease of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio of plants and rice as well as the tiller numbers, leaf area index and dry matters accumulating.Consequently, the appropriate application of nitrogen is a key factor in cultivation. The increase of paddy rice yield is based on the effective absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
