Title: Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound of Transrectum in Imaging the Bladder Tumor
Abstract: Objective To prove the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound of transrectum in imaging the bladder tumor. Methods Thirty six patients with bladder tumor had been examined by color Doppler ultrasound transabdominally firstly, then transrectally. The parameters measured were analyzed in statistics. Results The rates of detecting the tumor of transrectal and transabdominal ultrasound were 61% and 97% respectively ( P 0.05).The velocity(Vmax and Vmin) of the smaller tumors was slower than the bigger ones. The values of RI of the smaller ones were higher than the bigger ones, but there were no statistic significance between them( P 0.05). Conclusion It showed that the way of color Doppler ultrasound of transrectum was superior to that of transabdominal ultrasonography in imaging the bladder tumors, especially in smaller (2.0cm) tumors.
