Title: "Two Stage-Cross-Permeation" in Research-Teaching Schools:Exploration and Practice of Undergraduate Teaching Pattern
Abstract: Starting from the needs of training innovative bioengineering talent in the new century,and based on the forming inertia of specialty ability and the common features of curricula for four-year engineering students,the authors divide four-year university study into two stages,namely,basic training and specialized training.Some curricula contents for specialized training can be presented in the first stage,thus,forming a Two Stage-Cross-Permeation undergraduate teaching organizational model,which has shed light on the cultivation of innovative talent in research-teaching schools,and made remarkable achievements.
