Title: On Fengya Song from the Intertextual Perspective
Abstract: Fengya Song has intertextual relations not only with the Book of Songs, but also with the Bible and Liang-Zhu Love Story. The intertextual relations lie in the similarity of them, but mostly depend on the novel's misreading and modification of the original texts, that is,the departure of the novel's evil phenomenon from the beautiful world of the Book of Songs,Yangke's deconstruction of the image of Jesus, the relationship between Lingzhen and Yangke in contrast to the beautiful love of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai. All of these form an ironic aesthetic effect, indicating that there is no noble, sacred and love in modern society, and that the author takes a critical attitude both to the city and the country.
