Title: Oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to cyclohexene over V-K/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts modified with alkali metal
Abstract: Using γ-Al2O3 as the support,V and K as the main active components,and alkali metals as the promoter,M-3%V-6%K/γ-Al2O3(M=Li,Na,K,Cs) catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The influence of promoter kinds on the catalytic activity of M-3%V-6%K/γ-Al2O3(M=Li,Na,K,Cs) catalysts for oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to cyclohexene was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR and SEM.XRD results showed that the active components mainly existed in amorphous state;NH3-TPD,H2-TPR and SEM results showed that alkali metals had the influence on surface acidity and redox ability of the sample,the particle size and dispersion degree of the active components.The results of activity evaluation showed that Na-3%V-6%K/γ-Al2O3 catalyst exhibited better catalytic activity,and the selectivity to cyclohexene reached 53.5%.
