Title: Chinese Medicine Syndrome Characteristic Based on Clustering Analysis of 2029 Cases of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective To explore Chinese medicine syndrome characteristic in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by clustering analysis.Methods Total of 2 029 patients from seven provincial and municipal hospitals in Shandong province from 2 009.2 to 2 010.6 were required to fill in clinical information collection list.Chinese medicine syndrome characteristic in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was studied by using clustering analysis.Results Description classification of the symptom indicators:the first give priority to symptoms of qi deficiency,the second to symptoms of blood stasis,the third to symptoms of excessive heat.Clustering results:the first class belong to deficiency of qi and yin,kidney deficiency and blood stasis;the second class belong to qi deficiency of heart and spleen,phlegm-heat interference heart;the third class belong to liver qi stasis,mutual resistance in phlegm and blood stasis;the four class belong to yang deficiency in heart and kidney,qi deficiency and blood stasis;the fifth class belong to qi deficiency and blood stasis,blood depression transforming into fire;the sixth class belong to liver qi stasis,qi depression transforming into fire.Conclusion Qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm-heat are the main pathogenesis of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
