Title: Design and application of industrial Ethernet controller by ARM processor
Abstract: In order to meet real-time and high reliability requirements in industrial control systems,improves the performance of industrial Ethernet controllers is compulsory.μC/OS-Ⅱ is act as an embedded operating system,ARM7 processor is used as the core of embedded TCP/IP protocol implementation,being based on ARM processor,industrial Ethernet controller design method is proposed.The hardware structure of Industrial Ethernet controller is given,and the hardware design of Ethernet interface between RAT8019AS and LPC2210 is completed,and an embedded TCP/IP protocol stack implementation is proposed.Industrial Ethernet furnace temperature control system based on easy ARM2200 teaching platform is established.In the furnace temperature control system,furnace temperature control strategies and software design are given,and the deficiencies of traditional PID control law are corrected.Experimental results show that the network control functions of multiple resistance furnace are achieved.
