Title: Response Characteristics of Pn of Different Leaf Layers of Winter Wheat to Inorganic Nutrition
Abstract: [Objective] The study was to research the response characteristics of Pn of different leaf layers of winter wheat to inorganic nutrition.[Method] In the field test,with wheat varieties Gao 8901,Shi 4185,Henong 341 and Henong 859 as tested materials,their Pn of different leaf layers under 3 fertilization conditions(no nitrogen,N 225 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm2+P2O5 150 kg/hm2) were determinated.[Result] Under 3 fertilization conditions,from jointing to 20 d after flowering,the change of Pn of the first and the second leaf from top of 4 wheat varieties showed a single peak curve and the highest value appeared from flag leaf full expansion to flowering stage.The Pn of the third leaf from top appeared 2 high values from jointing to flag leaf and its Pn was lower than that of the first and the second leaf from heading to flowering.Under the condition of nitrogen application and nitrogen and phosphorus combined application,the highest value and average value of leaf Pn of each variety were all higher than that of the treatment without nitrogen application.[Conclusion] Fertilization,especially application of nitrogen could increase the photosynthetic capacity of the leaf of winter wheat variety.
