Title: On Relationships between Organizational Commitment and Job Performance
Abstract: This research is based on 320 employees in 5 subsidiary companys belongs a corporation in Shaoxing.It primarily explores the relations between organizational commitment and job performance.The research results found:on the continued commitment and normative commitments,different educational background and working age employee are significantly different;different working age employee there is a significant difference on emotional commitment.Educational background significantly affects social interaction,professional ethics and the effectiveness of working.And there are significantly differences between the workplace and the dimensions of the work commitment.Dimensions of the work commitment and the dimension of the performance exit significant correlation.In order to upgrade the employees performance measures,this paper also proposes some measures to improve emotional commitment and normative commitment of employee,on the basis of the analysis.
