Abstract: In Eugene Onegin, one of his masterpieces,Pashkin told stories and expressed feelings both in first person: I. In quite some time after this poetic novel appeared, people thought that I in novel referred to Pushkin himself. In fact, in terms of science of narration, this I here doesn't mean realistic author, but an implicit author, or the second ego as it might be called, namely, narrator as a distintive character in work. My narrative discourse falls into narrative discourse and non-narrative discourse, which creates some distinctive effects of narration.
