Abstract:Base on the observational data from eight meteorological stations of Tacheng during 1960-2006,such as sunshine duration,precipitation,total low cloudiness,the basic characteristics of sunshine duratio...Base on the observational data from eight meteorological stations of Tacheng during 1960-2006,such as sunshine duration,precipitation,total low cloudiness,the basic characteristics of sunshine duration and its impact factor were studied by using linear trend analysis,Mann-kendall test,EOF Orthogonal decomposition methods and correlation analysis.The result are as follows: 1)The first EOF eigenvector describes the spatial distribution of sunshine duration and the second eigenvector describes the variation between northern region and southern region.2)The monthly sunshine durations were obviously reducing in January,February,November and December.July and August were not significantly reducing,the other months were not significantly increasing.Sunshine duration reduced obviously with rate of-6.1 h / 10a in Winter;in Spring sunshine duration was not significant increasing;annual mean sunshine duration was significantly decreasing at rate-17.3h/10a,and it occured to abrupt change in the early 80s.3) Crop growing season(from April to October) sunshine duration was not obviously increasing with rate of 34.3 h/10a.4) Sunshine duration has reduced because precipitation and low cloudiness 8 have increased in recent 47a.Read More
