Title: Study on Impact of Chinese and Western Medicines Therapy on Dynamics of Cerebral Blood Circulation in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Sequela
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Chinese and western medicine therapy on cerebral infarction sequela. Methods: The 96 cases of cerebral infarction sequela patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group( n = 48) and observation group( n = 48). The control group was given scientific diet, rehabilitation therapy and oral Western medicine and the observation group was also given medicine decoction. The rheology, flow dynamics, cerebral vascular elasticity and vascular regulation function in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the blood viscosity and fibrinogen levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P 0. 05). The level of cerebral vascular peripheral resistance in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group( P 0. 05). The levels of blood flow velocity, vertebral artery blood flow, characteristic impedance and dynamic impedance were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine therapy for assisting treatment of cerebral infarction sequela can improve cerebral blood circulation and improve the therapeutic effect.
