Title: EFFECT OF RECOMBINANT PHYTASE SUPPLEMENTATION IN CORN-SOYBEAN DIET ON BROILER CHICKEN PERFORMANCE
Abstract: Four hundred seven-day old Avian broiler chickens were used to evaluate the effect of 0,300,600 and 900 IU/kg recombinant phytase on the performance and phosphorus utilization in comparison with dicalcium phosphate supplemented diet. The result indicated that body weight gain and phosphorus deposition in tibia were improved by supplementation of the phytase with a dosage dependent relationship, but the phytase could not replace phosphorus supplementation completely.Phytase supplementation reduced excreta nitrogen and phosphorus output and could relieve the pollution.
