Methods The HPLC was performed on a Thermo Syncronis C18column( 250 ...Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) fingerprint of water-soluble components in danshen capsules. Methods The HPLC was performed on a Thermo Syncronis C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid in water as mobile phase in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 m L·min- 1,and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results Nine and 22 common peaks were selected as the HPLC fingerprints of water-soluble components in danshen capsules from two manufactures,respectively. The standard HPLC fingerprints of water-soluble components were established. Conclusion The analysis is stable and reproducible,which can be applied to the quality control for water-soluble components in danshen capsules.Read More
