Title: Effect observation of negative pressure closed drainage irrigation after operation for treatment of skin defect healing
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of closed negative pressure drainage irrigation after operation for treatment of skin defect healing. Methods: 94 patients with skin defects in our department, applied closed suction drainage for wound treatment, and these patients were randomly divided into A,B and C group.Patients in A group after closed suction drainage applied continuous irrigation, patients in B group after closed suction drainage applied intermittent flushing, patients in C group after closed suction drainage applied unconventional flush. There were comparisons in the wound cleaning time, the drainage path congestion, the degree of pain and sleep quality among three groups of patients. Results: Wound cleaning time of A group was significantly shorter than that of B,C group. The occur of drainge path blockage in A group was lower than other group.Sleep quality of A group had significantly improved comparing to B and C group. The degree of pain in A group was lower compared with B,C group, there were statistically significant in these above comparisons. Conclusion: The application of continuous irrigation after closed suction drainage in the treatment of skin defects can improve patients' quality of sleep, shorten the time of wound cleaning, reduce the degree of the patient's wound pain, and can prevent the clogging of the drainage path.
