Title: Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and the Degree of Pain in Patients after Abdominal Surgery
Abstract: Objective To study effects of the perioperative nursing intervention on anxiety in patients after abdominal surgery operation.Methods The hundrd twenty-six casea of patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 63 casesin each.Before surgery operation progressive relaxation training,pain knowledge training,proper use of controlled analgesia method of psychological care to be personalized,and mobilize more social support were given in intervention group,conventional care before and after were given in control group The two groups,before and after intervention anxiety score,heart rate,blood pressure,postoperative pain were compared.Results in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group of indicators(P0.01) Conclusion Preoperative effective nursing intervention can reduce significantly patient anxiety,pain,stable heart rate and blood pressure,reduce infection,promote wound healing,shorten the time of patients hospitalization
