Title: On China's Fiscal Policies under Circumstances of Economic Recovery
Abstract: On November 9 of 2008,China announced her 4 trillion yuan stimulus to boost economy in 2009 and 2010 in order to tackle the world wide financial crisis started in 2007.The main content of this stimulus project was implementation of active fiscal policies accompanied by relatively loose monetary polities through large-scale government investment.Under the influence of these policies China's macro-economy has showed obvious signs of recovery since the third quarter of 2009.Based on the macro-economic data of the first three quarters the author analyzed the current economic situation. The result shows that generally speaking the goal of the active fiscal policies has been reached, and profound changes have taken place in the economic environment in which these fiscal policies were implemented. In light of this situation, problems of the fiscal policies are further discussed,on the basis of which considerations into relevant issues concerning fiscal policies during the period of economic recovery are presented.
