Title: Use of Magnetic Resonance with FLAIR Pulse Sequence and the T2WI Weighting Image in Acute Cerebral Infraction
Abstract: Objective To discuss the performance of Magnetic Resonance with FLAIR PulseSequence and the T2WI Weighting Image in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, and analyze the sensitivity of MRI with double sequence in the acute cerebral infarction. Methods The study analys ed a total of 69 cases with acute cerebral infarction by the magnetic resonance with FLAIR sequence and the T2WI weighting image, and correlatively comparased. Results Our results revealed that there 87 focus of disease were detected in FLAIR sequence, 43 focus of disease were detected in T2WI weighting image, but 44 focus of disease only to be demonstrate in the FLAIR sequence, 27 focus of diseases signal strength, the scope and the boundary compare the T2WI weighting image to be clear in the FLAIR sequence. Conclusion It is concluded that the FLAIR sequence can suppress the signal of cerebrospinal fluid, demonstrated focus of disease compares the T2WI weighting to like the signal to be high, specially focus of cerebral infarction approaches brain ventricle, the brain ditch and the brain pond, so that in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction FLAIR sequence compares the T2WI weighting image to be sensitive, and may take the supplement sequence of acute cerebral infarction inspection.
