Title: Short Distance Wireless Temperature Detection System Based on DS18B20
Abstract: The measurement principle based on a new single-wire programmable digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and using low power MSP430F1611 microcontroller, we design a short-range wireless temperature detection system, and the system uses nRF401 wireless module to realize data transceiver. The modules of Micro-controller, LCD display, wireless transceiver and temperature sensor will be described in detail. Experimental results show that; the system can achieve short-range and multi-point temperature detection. Moreover, using wireless transceiver modules and LCD display module can save more on-site commissioning time. Designs realize portable and stability of the temperature control system. The ultra-low power MSP430 MCU and the single-wire interface mode of DS18B20 are both to ensure low-power and simplify structure.
