Title: The Clinical Study of Excimer Laser in Situ Keratomileusis for Treatment of Asymmetric Corneal Near-sighted
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the applications of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for asymmetric corneal near-sighted treatment,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Method: Retrospective analysis of 110 myopia patients(210 eyes) during May 2009 to May 2010,all patients were irregular corneal topography and received the first LASIK and divided into two groups, according to the spherical equivalent -6.00D was medium refractive group,54 patients(105 eyes);-6.00D of the rediopter group,56 patients(105 eyes). All patients follow-up from 3 to 12 months,Compared the vision, refractive status and corneal asphericity coefficient(Q) change between the two groups.Result: Compared the two group during follow-up period, the postoperatives' visual acuity, refractive status and corneal asphericity coefficient(Q) changes were better than preoperative, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).And the medium refractive group's visual acuity, refractive status and corneal asphericity coefficient(Q) changes were better than the rediopter group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for asymmetric corneal near-sighted is significant,But the medium refractive group postoperative's visual acuity, refractive status and corneal asphericity coefficient(Q) changes were better than the rediopter group,is worth noting in clinical application.
