Title: Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Pantoprazole on Nonvariceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pantoprazole in treating nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 69 cases patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were at randomly divided into observation group of 35 cases and control group of 34 cases.The intravenous drip of pantoprazol of 80mg in the observation group or omeprazole of 40 mg in the control group,twice a day for a course of treatment.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results There were 28 cases of marked effection,6 effection and 1 invalidity in the observation group.The total effective rate was 97.14%,and hospitalization expense was(10943±2197),in the observation group.There were 29 cases of marked effection,4 effection and 1 invalidity in the control group.The total effective rate was 97.06%,and hospitalization expense was(12072±3083),in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the effective rates and hospitalization expenses of the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion It is effective with slight harmful reaction that the nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is treated by the Pantoprazol.
