Title: Value of ultrasonography scores for the evaluation in hepatic fibrosis patients with chronic HBV
Abstract: Aim To investigate the possibility of evaluating hepatic fibrosis with chronic HBV patients by noninvasive ultrasonographic score.Methods 156 cases of HBV patients were evaluated the firstly of ultrasonographic score which achieved prospective diagnosis of liver fibrosis in 69 cases.Then liver biopsy and of pathological examination liver tissue were made.Pathological findings as the standard,the two results were compared.Results There was good relation between quantitative ultrasonographic score and pathological liver biop-sy.With the ultrasonic score increasing,the degree of liver fibrosis gradually increased.Conclusion Ultrasonographic score has higher clinical value for noninvasive and prospective diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
