Title: Tripartite in the System of OECD Nations' Positive Labor Market Policies
Abstract: Tripartite in the system of positive labor market policies is one of the important approaches via which social partners exert influence.This article, by exploring four OECD nations' labor market systems,draws the following conclusions: due to economic globalization,the declining of trade unions' influence and partly due to the financial problems of the tripartite organizations managing the labor market,governments strengthen their participation,which has endangered the original principle of independence.All the same,sticking to effective tripartite participation in the process of establishing and carrying out positive labor market polices will,in the long run,does benefit to social partnership and the establishment of the structure of combination.
