Title: Residual Decline of Phoxim in Panax ginseng and soil by LC-Ms
Abstract: [Methods] The degradation of phoxim 50% EC in ginseng and soil clearly was studied.A effective method for the determination of phoxim 50% EC in ginseng and soil using liquid chromatograph mass spectrometry(LCms) was established.moreover,a trial research was conducted in Fusong county,Jilin province.[Results] The average recoveries of the method at three spiking levels(0.01,0.02,0.2 mg/kg) were also evaluated. The results showed that recoveries ranged from 86.80-90.40%,85.10-87.00% with CV of 8.64-10.10%,6.89-9.73% in P.ginseng and soil respectively. The results of residual decline field trial indicated that when the sprayed dose was 5000 g a.i./ha,the halflives of phoxim were 6.67,7.14 d in P.ginseng and soil respectively. When the sprayed dose was 7500 g a.i./ha,the halflives of phoxim were 8.47,6.81 d in P.ginseng and soil respectively.[Conclusions] When the sprayed dosage were 5000-7500 g a.i./ha,it was recommended that the MRL might be suggested to be 0.10 mg/kg and the preharvest interval was 35 d.
