Title: The correlation between the content accumulation of burley aroma components and curing conditions
Abstract: 21 kinds of major aroma components in burley during growing and under different aircuring conditions were determined,and the effects of different aircuring conditions on the dynamic regularity of contents of burley aroma components were studied.The results are as follows:during growing and aircuring,the contents of burley major aroma components are in dynamic state,and the contents of major aroma components gradually increase in growth stage and are on the peak in aircuring beginning stage and are steady in aircuring ending stage.As a whole,the accumlation of aroma components contents in the upper leaf and the middle leaf is obvious,and which is poor in the lower leaf.The contents of pyridines,ketones,aicohols and the total content of aroma components reach peak during the yellowing stage and the browning stage.The contents of aroma components are affected by different aircuring conditions,but every way is equal.Moreover,the wet handling way is better to the accumlation of aroma components.
