Title: Clinical observation of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhiods
Abstract: Objective To evaluate therapeutical effects of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 290 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhiods were randomly divided into two groups. 110 patients in control were treated by routine operation of external stripping and internal ligation. 180 cases in treatment group were treated by skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision. Results All the 180 cases in the treatment group were cured,15 cases edema of wound edge, no postoperative anal stenosis and bleeding; 110 cases in the control group were cured, 28cases edema of wound edge,1cases postoperative slight anal stenosis and 1cases bleeding. Conclusion The therapeutical effects of skin-flap-reshaping and lateral incision are greatly better than traditional operation of external stripping and internal ligation. So it's a more ideal treatment to circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.
