Title: Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma with Cataract Treatment and the Clinical Curative Effect Analysis
Abstract: Objective:To study the acute angle-closure glaucoma and and cataract of two different surgical therapy treatment and the clinical effect. Method:Selected from January 2008 to June 2011 to our hospital for treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients with cataract, choose a corner than 1/4 quadrant of the open 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups on average, and the small incision cataract surgery clear , intraocular lens (iol) implantation and iris root cut method, and the control group small incision cataract surgery clear , intraocular lens (iol) implantation and trabeculectomy, the follow-up of 6 months, record and 6 months after the early vision of, statistical compared with two groups of complications. Result:Two groups of early postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth difference was statistically significant, six months later, because of increased intraocular pressure caused by the vision loss, and the 2 eye, the control group 3 eye, between the groups was no statistically difference (P0.05). Two groups of complication was no statistical difference (P0.05).Conclusion:Acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract surgery are two good effect, all is worth clinical application.
