Title: Relationship between peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma and pancreatic diseases
Abstract: Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) is a ligand-activated transcription factor that is the member of the class Ⅱ nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. PPARγ studied in recent years is a hot issue both at home and abroad. So far ,it has been clear that PPARγ plays an vital role in cell proliferation and differentiation, inflammation, glucose homeostasis and lipid metabolism.
