Title: On the Cultivation of the Pupils' Role Consciousness in the Cooperative Study
Abstract: In the Cooperative study, what the pupils think in assigning roles, duties and depending on each other to complete the target of the cooperative study is called the role consciousness. It usually includes group consciousness, protagonist consciousness. Protagonist consciousness includes consciousness of teachers' assistants, inspectors' consciousness and spokesmen's consciousness, etc. Intensive role consciousness can improve the efficiency of cooperative study. In order to cultivate the pupil's role consciousness we should make the pupils realize the significance of cooperative study and guide them to be familiar with the operation pattern. It is the very important strategies to assign the roles, shift the roles and take supplemental measures to stimulate the pupil's role consciousness.
