Title: The City Development Quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration
Abstract: The dual-core development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration means that the development of the cities within the group is unbalanced, and that the effective collaborative development mechanism is facing new challenges. From the four dimensions of intelligent level, level of public services, level of infrastructure modernization and level of ecologically sustainable development, this article constructs an index system for the evaluation of the city development quality of the city groups, conducts a comparative evaluation for the development quality of the prefecture cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the core cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yantze River delta city groups. The research shows that the development quality index of Beijing and Tianjian is higher than the 11 prefecture cities of Hebei, the index of Hengshui is the lowest, the index on ecologically sustainable development of Tianjin is lower than other cities of the group, the index of Shijiazhuang is higher than other cities of Hebei, the index of Shanghai is higher than Beijing and Tianjin, the index on intelligence and public service of Beijing is higher than Shanghai and Tianjin, and that the index on infrastructure modernization and ecologically sustainable development of Shanghai is higher than Beijing.
