Title: In Vitro Toxicity of Extracts from Sophora flavescens and their Mixtures with Carbendazim to Botrytis cinere
Abstract: Toxicity of water extracts from Sophora flavescents (WE), acid-base extracts from Sophora flavescens (ABE) and the different mixtures with carbendazim against Botrytis cinerea was determined using growth rate method in the laboratory. The results in vitro showed that WE had a greater inhibition effect to mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea than ABE. EC50 value was 110.00 μg/mL and 280.60 μg/mL, respectively. Binary mixture (10﹕1) of carbendazim and WE exhibited obvious synergistic action against mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea. Its EC50 value and co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 0.03 μg/mL and 278.3, respectively.
