Title: Clinical Research of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronicobstructive Pulmonary Disease
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of inhalation of ambroxol adjuvant in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 55 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from 2011 to 2013,were divided into control group and experimental group by different treatment regimens. The control group was given conventional treatment, the test group was given inhalation ambroxol adjuvant on the basis of conventional treatment, the therapeutic effect,FEV1and FEV1/FVC before and after treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate of experimental group was 93. 10%( 27 /29),which was higher than the 65. 38%( 17 /26) of control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). After treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC of experimental group were higher than these of control group, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Ambroxol adjuvant combined with conventional treatment treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve lung function in patients.
