Title: On-line Monitoring Method for Internal Efficiency Ratio of Low-pressure Cylinder in Condensing Steam Turbine
Abstract: The simultaneous equations of whole steam turbine unit and LP cylinder-LP regenerative heater were established to calculate the practical enthalpy drop of auxiliary turbine and the heat dragged into the condenser by the auxiliary turbine's exhaust steam.Through thermal equilibrium calculation of the condenser,the exhaust steam enthalpy value of low pressure cylinder can be obtained,including the internal efficiency ratio of the low-pressure cylinder.This simple and direct method asks for few measurement points and has small accumulative error.Calculating N-660MW steam turbine shows that the said method can collect and process the data at real time and can monitor performance changes of the low-pressure cylinder.
