Title: The Clinical Application of Intervention in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Arterial Occlussion of Lower Limbs
Abstract: Objective To observed the interventional diagnosis and treatment for arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs. Methods 74 patients with arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs were enrolled. Clinical follow-up of 3 months, compared before and after operation in patients with clinical symptoms and signs and ankle brachial index to evaluate the effect. Results 70 patients with postoperative angiography could recanalization, 54 cases of patients with postoperative dorsalis pedis artery pulse recovery, 68 cases of patients with postoperative rest pain was relieved, 24 cases of ulcer healing(24/26) patients, The average ankle brachial index from preoperative 0.27±0.15 to 0.68±0.13 after operation. Conclusions It's safe and effective by using percutaneous interventional surgery to diagnose and treat the arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs.
