Abstract:Objective To investigate respiratory muscle training in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rehabilitation of patients with blood gas and pulmonary function.Methods Totally 120 patients with r...Objective To investigate respiratory muscle training in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rehabilitation of patients with blood gas and pulmonary function.Methods Totally 120 patients with respiratory muscle training in COPD patients was observed after 1 year before and after exercise in patients with blood gas analysis and pulmonary function changes in indicators.Results 108 patients completed 1 year of respiratory muscle training in patients with post-exercise blood gas analysis and pulmonary function parameters were significantly improved before exercise. Conclusions After training the respiratory muscles,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis has greatly improved compared with that before exercise,delayed disease progression and improve quality of life,reduce the economic burden,increase social benefits.Respiratory muscle training method is simple to learn,no special requirements,acceptable to all patients and their families.Read More
