Title: Application of Glucocorticoid in the Positioning Treatment of Acute Facial Paralysis
Abstract: Objective To observe the curative effect of different doses of glucocorticoid treating acute facial paralysis according to level diagnosis.Methods 120 patients with acute facial paralysis were selected according to the inclusion criteria,whose course of disease were within two weeks,and were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Patients in treatment group received different doses of medicine treatment according to level diagnosis,patients in control group received invariable dose of convention medicine treatment.Patients in both groups treated 4 weeks.Results The scores of facial nerve function in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P0.01),and the score after treatment and curative effect of treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Positioning treatment has significant curative effect on acute facial paralysis.
