Title: Application of Magnetorheological Damper in the Building Structural Vibration Control
Abstract: Vibration control of building structures under external excitation has been the research focus of the field of vibration control.Among them,the semi-active control strategy includes the advantages of passive control and active control,can more effectively improve the seismic performance of the building structure,reducing its injury under the power reaction.Semi-active control strategy based on magnetorheological damper greatly developed,has been applied in practical engineering.Magnetorheological damper performance depends on the composition of the magnetorheological fluid.Reviewing of domestic and foreign research and development of the magnetorheological damper history,and its application in the building structure damping control,looking to the development trend in the building structure vibration control applications.
