Abstract:The authors studied the contents of Glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.of wild and cultivation in different origin and different vegetation,determined the optimal picking...The authors studied the contents of Glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.of wild and cultivation in different origin and different vegetation,determined the optimal picking time of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.to develop and use the resources of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.,and to provide the theoretical foundation.Then the authors established the methods of analysis for Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.,inder to provide the reference data about system of quality evaluation for Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.,to expande the medicinal herbs resource of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish..The contents of Glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.of wild and cultivation in different origin and different vegetation period were determind by HPLC.The linear range was 0.4-6.0μg(r=0·9999,n=3)for Glycyrrhizic acid,the average recovery(n=3) was 101.83%,RSD=0.74%.The linear range was 0.4-6.0μg(r=0·9998,n=3)for liquiritin.The average recovery(n=3) was 100.50%,RSD=0.22%.This method established the best harvesting period of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.in mid-September.It may replace Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.of wild with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.of planting base,and develop and use better resources of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish.providing foundational foundation.The method was simple,accurate and reliable.Read More
